From Self-Abandonment to Self-Worth
A 3-month 1:1 coaching programme to help you finally put yourself first.
Someone cancels plans. A partner says the wrong thing. And what comes up inside you feels completely out of proportion — a wave of hurt, rage, or shutdown that you can’t explain and can’t seem to stop.
You undercharge for your work, settle for relationships that take more than they give, and accept less than you deserve. It’s not a lack of awareness. It’s self-betrayal so practiced it feels like humility.
Not standing up for yourself when it matters. Skipping the gym again. Scrolling for hours when you promised yourself an early night. And the person on the receiving end of every broken promise? You.
If any of this sounds familiar, this program is for you.
– Denice Frohman –
A structured process for people who are ready to stop living from their survival patterns and start living from their Real Self — across seven sessions, over three months, with AI-assisted journaling deepening the work between every call.
What shifts here isn’t your understanding — it’s the effort it takes to choose yourself. The habit of self-abandonment starts to lose its grip. Boundaries stop being something you have to remember to enforce. Choosing yourself stops feeling like a risk. Inner worth stops being something you perform and starts being something you simply have.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all coaching program.
Before we decide what to work on, we first map what is actually keeping you stuck — the wounds underneath your patterns, how deeply they’ve adapted, and where you are in the healing process.
Those insights become your CTA Integration Map™: the personalised roadmap we use to guide our work together, so the tools we use match what you actually need — and where you actually are.
A session every two weeks, giving you enough space between sessions for the work to land without losing momentum. Each session builds on what we’ve uncovered, so we’re not starting from scratch every time.
Identifies the specific hidden wounds quietly driving your patterns, reactions and relationships. It turns a vague sense that “something is wrong with me” into something precise we can actually work with.
Reveals how deeply those wounds have adapted — into emotional patterns, beliefs about yourself, nervous-system responses, and habitual ways of behaving. It also identifies the survival identity you built around them and how it’s showing up in your life now.
Shows where you are in the healing process — and where change is getting stuck. It maps the gaps between insight, belief, emotional healing, nervous-system safety, action and embodiment, so we can see what has already shifted and what still needs attention.
Your three diagnostic results come together here. The CTA Integration Map™ combines what needs healing, how deeply it has adapted, and where you are in the healing process into a personalised roadmap for our work together — helping us choose the right tool for the right wound at the right stage.
Personalised journaling prompts between sessions, tailored to what you’re working through at that point in the program. They help you process what surfaces, deepen the work between sessions, and bring useful insights back into our next conversation.
As old survival patterns loosen, we turn our attention to what takes their place. Your Real Self Blueprint™ captures what we’ve uncovered about your authentic needs, values, desires, boundaries and direction — giving you a personalised roadmap for continuing the work after the programme ends.
Traditional coaching often focuses on goals, habits, performance, accountability, and mindset. Innerness focuses on the hidden patterns beneath recurring struggles. Instead of asking, “How do I stop selling myself short?” we ask, “What happened that made you doubt your worth in the first place?” The work is less about becoming a better version of yourself and more about discovering the person you were always supposed to be.
AI cannot heal people. Healing happens through awareness, emotional processing, new experiences, and different choices over time. What AI can do remarkably well is support self-reflection. Many people find it easier to explore difficult emotions, organise their thoughts, recognise patterns, and gain perspective through AI-assisted journaling. Used responsibly, AI can accelerate insight. Used poorly, it can also become another way to stay in your head, analyse endlessly, or avoid the emotional work itself. That is why I view AI as a tool rather than a solution. The transformation comes from what you do with the insight.
You absolutely can. Many people gain valuable insights from AI journaling. The limitation is that most people don’t know where they are in the healing process, what pattern they’re actually dealing with, or what the next step should be. Without a framework, it’s easy to spend months analysing thoughts, revisiting the same stories, and collecting insights without understanding how they fit together or processing the emotions keeping you stuck. The Innerness approach combines AI-assisted reflection with a structured transformation map, helping you identify hidden wounds, recognise self-abandonment patterns, and understand where you are in the journey from the Adaptive Self to the Real Self. The goal isn’t simply to generate insight. The goal is to create meaningful movement.
No. The foundation of Innerness™ is coaching, not technology. Some clients choose to incorporate AI-assisted journaling between sessions because it can accelerate self-reflection and help identify recurring patterns. Others prefer traditional journaling and reflection exercises. AI is simply one of many tools available within the Innerness™ approach. The goal is not to get you talking to AI. The goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful change. The tools used along the way depend on what works best for you.
Both offer different advantages.
With 1:1 guidance, the focus is entirely on you. You have more space, more personalised attention, and complete privacy — which may suit you better if you want to explore experiences you don’t feel comfortable sharing in a group.
In the Group Edition, you learn not only through your own experiences, but through everyone else’s. One person’s question can unlock something in you. Someone else’s story can help you recognise your own. And being seen and understood by people walking a similar path creates a powerful kind of shared healing that 1:1 work can’t replicate.
Neither is better. They’re simply different ways of doing the work.
You leave with your Real Self Blueprint™ — a personalised roadmap built from everything we uncovered together, so the moment the programme ends isn’t the moment you stop moving forward.
Healing isn’t linear, and you may want support again at a new layer, or with something life throws at you later. If that happens, a short re-entry round of sessions meets you there with what you’ve already built, rather than starting over.
You’re also welcome to join the group program with others who have already done the foundational work.
Book a free 30-minute session — no pressure, no commitment. Just a safe space to explore whether we’re the right fit to walk this path together.
